The delegation from the Embassy of the Order in Serbia, led by Ambassador Francesco Maria Amoruso, visited the Royal Palace and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Aleksandar Karađorđević. During the visit, the host—an honorary knight of the Sovereign Order of Malta—devoted considerable time and attention to his guests.
In a warm and engaging discussion, Ambassador Amoruso informed the Crown Prince on the diplomatic and humanitarian activities of the Order. After their official meeting, the Crown Prince graciously offered a guided tour of the residence complex, which was constructed between 1924 and 1929 using private funds from his grandfather, His Majesty King Aleksandar I.
In recent years, the Embassy has frequently organized joint humanitarian projects with the Royal House, particularly for St. Nicholas and Christmas.
On this occasion, they agreed on a new collaboration aimed at establishing a group of volunteers and forming an Association of Knights of Malta in Serbia.
