Last Sunday, at the conclusion of the Angelus, the Holy Father announced that on December 8, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, a consistory will take place at the Vatican where new cardinals will be appointed. Among them is Archbishop of Belgrade Ladislav Nemet, the first cardinal in the history of the Catholic Church in Serbia. The Embassy of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to Serbia extended its congratulations to H.E. Archbishop Nemet through a message from H.E. Ambassador Francesco M. Amoruso.
